Order Cancellation
Orders placed on Seeva Herbals cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Since we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests may not always be possible.
Cancellation Time Window
Customers may request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and registered email address.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
